Sweet chilli prawns

These sweet chilli prawns are a fast, simple seafood dish with plenty of sticky, savoury flavour. The prawns are quickly stir-fried with onion, then tossed through sweet chilli sauce until hot, glossy and ready to serve. Pair them with steamed rice or warm crusty bread for an easy meal or starter that comes together quicker than the plates can be set.

Serves: 4 people

  • 1 large onion – sliced
  • 250g large prawns – shelled and deveined
